Technical Documentation Controller - Etteplan Oyj - Remote - Global

Etteplan is looking for a Technical Documentation Controller to support international machinery and equipment manufacturers by coordinating, creating, and managing technical documentation in complex project environments. The role involves collecting documentation from designers, engineers, and suppliers, verifying completeness and correctness, updating and publishing documents in systems like DMS and PDM, controlling document versions and statuses, and organizing documentation structures. The ideal candidate has higher education (bachelor's, master's, or engineering degree), experience with IT tools and systems, clear communication skills with stakeholders, and experience with client work and service orientation. Knowledge of PDM or document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, technical drawings, CAD, and technical documentation is appreciated.
