Assistant Pirkanmaa - Runosilla Oy

Runosilla Oy is seeking assistants to work in personal assistance, informal care support, and short-term services for people with disabilities in the Pirkanmaa region. The work involves supporting clients with daily tasks. Tasks may include errands and shopping assistance, outdoor activities and hobbies, light domestic chores, or helping with cooking. The role does not include medical procedures, and no social or health care training is required. The position is suitable for someone who is reliable, calm, personable, and good at engaging with others. We value a positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work independently in the client’s home. Previous experience in assistance or care is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Training will be provided. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, and you can influence your shifts. The job is well-suited for part-time or additional work seekers. Salary is based on the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement, pay group G17b, including all applicable allowances (evening, Saturday, Sunday, night).
