Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is a perfect blend of hands-on engineering and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing our DevOps strategy on the Azure platform, guiding a team of talented engineers, and ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality software and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring DevOps engineers, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and ARM templates, enforcing security best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing automation scripts, troubleshooting complex issues, and working in a flexible hybrid or remote environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles, 2+ years in a leadership capacity, extensive Azure expertise, experience with IaC tools, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, scripting, and version control. Education required: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field. Preferred certifications include Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. Experience with configuration management tools, monitoring tools, other cloud platforms, and programming languages like C#/.NET, Java, or Python is a plus.

- Hands-on containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Expertise in Git and repository management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
