Job Description
The role involves analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing end-to-end business processes within a principal company environment, focusing on intercompany transactions and export operations across multiple entities and geographies. The Business Process Specialist will work closely with technology partners to ensure ERP system impacts are well understood and modeled, analyze and document processes, evaluate their impact on business performance, identify process gaps and risks, and develop improvements. The role requires hands-on experience in finance, deep understanding of transactional flows, and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or operations, with 6-10 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in export environments, and experience with multi-entity structures and process analysis.
