Payroll Manager - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

The job involves managing the payroll system for about 200 employees at Avery Dennison in Kibbutz Hanita. Responsibilities include calculating and preparing bi-monthly payslips, managing reporting and payments to authorities such as income tax, social security, pension funds, and training funds. The role requires maintaining employee data in internal and global payroll systems, providing professional responses to employee questions, assisting in payroll budgeting and forecasts, handling advances, loans, garnishments, leaves, work accidents, social security claims, and legal claims. The candidate must have a senior payroll accountant certificate, at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company working in shifts, experience with payroll systems (preferably 'Cheshbon'), high proficiency in Excel, fluency in Hebrew, good command of English, and Russian as an advantage. Knowledge of labor law and payroll institutions is required.
