As Senior Finance & Accounting Lead, you will manage the entire financial accounting process, including audits, revenue recognition, and workflow automation. You should have 3–6 years of experience in finance or accounting, with strong technical skills in IFRS 15 / ASC 606, and familiarity with FP&A responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end financial accounting process, ensuring precision in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Assist with financial modelling, budgeting, and board-level reporting
- Design and implement scalable financial systems and internal controls
- Manage tax filings, statutory audits, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate across departments to provide financial clarity and support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably including time at a public accounting firm
- Strong technical accounting background: revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606), ESOP accounting, accruals, deferred expenses
- Exposure to FP&A responsibilities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Advanced Google Sheets and/or Excel skills; automation of workflows
