We are seeking experts for the public administration framework agreement competition (2026–2030): (Level requirements in a separate Excel file, which I will send separately to the applicant for completion.) Network Specialist IDM Specialist End-Device Specialist Server Specialist Security Specialist AVD Specialist Introduction The procurement concerns IT expert services for the needs of the public sector. The procurement includes twelve (12) independent sub-areas. Applicants can submit a single application and be selected for one or more sub-areas. The procurement is a framework arrangement. The procurement covers the following sub-areas: 1. Development Method Support 2. Application Development 3. IT Management Expert Services 4. Service Design and UX/UI 5. Quality Assurance and Testing 6. Data and Analytics 7. Geospatial Expert Services 8. Geospatial Application Development for Open Source 9. Microsoft Expert Services 10. Microsoft Dynamics Expert Services 11. Power Platform Expert Services 12. Basic ICT Expert Services (this category is covered by this call) 13. Architecture Services Basic ICT services include: Design, implementation, management, and development of public sector IT infrastructure. These services include network, identity management, end-device, server, and security solutions, forming the foundation of the organization’s digital environment. The goal of these services is to ensure that the public sector ICT infrastructure is reliable, secure, scalable, and supports the organization’s business and development needs. Experts in basic ICT services work closely with various units and stakeholders within the public sector. They ensure that solutions are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with best practices and regulatory requirements. The services also include ongoing maintenance, monitoring, development, and user support.
