Swimming Instructor Parental Leave Substitute - Oulaisten kaupunki - Oulainen, Finland

The City of Oulainen is seeking an enthusiastic swimming instructor for the swimming pool operations as a parental leave substitute starting from September 11, 2026. The selected employee will be part of the well-being services. The job includes supervising swimming and guiding water exercise groups for clients of all ages. Minimum educational requirements for the position are a basic degree in sports instruction and a swimming supervisor course from SUH. In addition to experience in sports instruction, we value previous experience in swimming supervision and water exercise group guidance, certification as a swimming instructor, teamwork skills, and good cooperation and interaction skills. The selected candidate for swimming supervision must pass SUH's swimming supervision test swim. Salary is €2,674.30/month, with a four (4) month trial period. The work includes evening and weekend shifts. The selected candidate must, upon request, present an acceptable certificate of health and a criminal record extract suitable for working with children.
