The company operates extensively in the Helsinki, Tampere, and Lahti regions and employs about 80 cleaning professionals. As a medium-sized operator, Tasolaiset Oy is known for quality work, reliability, and extensive experience in cleaning different types of premises. We are looking for a service supervisor in the Greater Helsinki Area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa)! We seek a proactive and responsible individual for a versatile and mobile role in cleaning services. The work will be carried out at various customer sites flexibly between 08:00 and 18:00. As a service supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include, among others: Training and guiding cleaners, Supporting cleaners in daily work situations, Quality assurance of customer sites, Work shift planning, Transporting cleaning supplies, Covering for cleaners when needed. We expect from you: Good organizational and communication skills, Ability to work independently and take responsibility, Flexible and service-oriented attitude, Driver's license (we provide a car for the workday), Experience in the cleaning industry. Previous experience in supervisory roles is considered an advantage, but the right attitude is key!
