The role of Manager for Private Banking & Active Trading Support Sweden involves leading and developing the team to deliver high-level service and knowledge to Private Banking and Active Trading clients. You will work closely with the Head of Private Banking on daily operations and conceptual development. The role emphasizes sales and building an engaging sales culture, along with being a cultural ambassador for Nordnet, focusing on employee and customer satisfaction, and achieving set goals. Key tasks include leading and developing the team, ensuring staffing and skills development, supporting complex customer cases, driving business with innovation and structure, and maintaining effective collaboration within Nordnet. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication skills, experience handling complex private banking issues, and a passion for finance and investments. Requirements include at least 3 years of finance experience, a degree in economics or finance, and Swedsec licenses for Advisor and Mortgage.
