Job Description
As a member of the Global Risk Management team, you will be at the forefront of protecting the firm and clients from market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks in the digital asset ecosystem. Based in Singapore, you will monitor and report on risks in real-time, manage crisis responses, and contribute to a culture of risk management and strategic innovation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine risk monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
- Build and maintain quantitative models to measure market, counterparty, and liquidity risks.
- Lead real-time risk monitoring and manage crisis response protocols.
- Collaborate with trading, sales, compliance, and operations teams to embed risk considerations.
- Deliver daily risk updates and contribute to risk culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial risk management or related quantitative risk roles
- Experience with risk monitoring and reporting, real-time dashboards, and risk reports
- Ability to operate under pressure during market dislocations or crisis events
- Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics, including exchange, counterparty, and liquidity risks
- Proficiency in risk modeling tools and data analysis (Python, SQL)
