Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a high-impact Innovation Manager in AMEA to drive strategic growth, by leading the end to end innovation process and outcomes in the region. The role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the innovation agenda for a high-growth region, working directly with senior leadership on strategic priorities and shaping the future growth agenda for AMEA. Key Responsibilities include insight generation and opportunity identification through structured market discovery and ecosystem interviews, building and managing a robust innovation funnel aligned with strategic priorities, leading cross-functional projects from ideation to commercialization, owning strategic evaluation and thought leadership, and engaging with stakeholders across R&D, product, and global teams. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience in management consulting or strategy/innovation roles, with strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, research, and project management skills. They should be curious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and able to work across diverse markets in AMEA.
