We are looking for restaurant managers for the winter season 2026-2027. Are you interested in working in Lapland during the winter season? Your workplace location will be based on your preferences, for example Rovaniemi, Levi, Ruka, or Ylläs. If you are a motivated worker who takes initiative – you might be the person we are looking for! As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, the quality of customer experience, and leading the team in a busy seasonal environment. Additionally, your tasks include shift planning, staff orientation, and ensuring smooth daily operations in collaboration with the kitchen and other team members. You will also oversee sales and profitability monitoring, order management, and ensure that the restaurant’s operational procedures and quality standards are met daily.
