Technical Property Caretaker - Eilakaisla Oy - Remote - Global

The role involves maintaining and servicing technical building systems, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, general property maintenance, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, reporting and documenting maintenance activities, and providing on-call and alarm response as needed. The ideal candidate can be experienced in property maintenance or have relevant training, with knowledge of technical systems, HVAC or electrical skills, and good customer service and communication skills. A valid B-driver's license and Finnish language skills are required, with English as a plus.
