Asuntopehtoori is a full-service property management company offering rental brokerage, property brokerage, rental property care services, and property management. We are a flexible and modern operator known for excellent customer service and competitive pricing. We operate in twelve different cities across Finland, serving customers nationwide. We are now looking for a full-time office assistant for our Helsinki office! The position is permanent. In our team, you will continuously learn about investment properties, acting as a property investor, and the real estate brokerage industry. Our team has a collaborative spirit and a good team atmosphere. Your tasks will include: Responding to tenant inquiries Handling emails Key handover and receipt when tenants change Customer service at the office Handling and archiving home insurance certificates Handling and archiving security deposit receipts Invoicing Various office tasks and maintaining the general appearance of the office The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, good customer service skills in both Finnish and English, works systematically, and with the precision required by the job. Our office is paperless, so good IT skills are expected. Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. There may be occasional weekend work, especially when the first day of the month falls on a weekend. Since the role involves customer service at the office, remote work is not available. The position offers a fixed monthly salary. Starting salary is €2000-2300, depending on previous work experience and education. Trustworthiness and responsibility are fundamental to our operations, and therefore, credit checks will be conducted on the selected candidate.
