Job Description
The position is aimed at job seekers in the transitional labor market who are eligible for 100% wage subsidy for association activities. Please confirm your eligibility for wage subsidy before submitting your application. We are looking for two meeting place workers for Nauha ry's Meeting Place Mukana. The Meeting Place Mukana is a intercultural meeting place, with main objectives of promoting integration and reducing loneliness. Tasks include daily activities at the meeting place, such as café work, engaging with visitors, providing guidance and conversations, maintaining basic cleanliness, and implementing weekly plans. We speak simple Finnish. We expect good communication skills, fluent spoken and written Finnish, flexibility, punctuality, basic digital skills, and good teamwork skills. The position is targeted at job seekers in the transitional labor market who are eligible for 100% wage subsidy for association activities. Working hours are 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm. The employment duration is 10 months. The employment begins on August 3, 2026.
