Caffitella is the largest private café chain in Central Finland, established in 2008, with a focus on handmade treats, genuine customer interactions, and a friendly atmosphere. The chain currently includes its own bakery, 15 lunch cafés, and a party and baking supplies store, Party Shop. We offer savory and sweet delicacies, home-style lunches, dish meals, and much more. All baked goods are handmade in our bakery in Jyväskylä. We employ professionals in the café, restaurant, and bakery sectors, and now you have the opportunity to join our growing team! We are looking for a sales assistant for a permanent position in Tampere at Caffitella Ratina. The work hours are 90 hours per 3 weeks. What do we expect from you? -Hygiene passport and alcohol service license -Ability to work in shifts: Mon-Fri 6 am-9 pm, Sat-Sun 8 am-8 pm -Previous experience in café, restaurant, or customer service work -Interest in sales and goal-oriented work -Active and proactive approach.
