Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on electrical maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role involves electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of high-voltage systems, motors, switches, and automated controls. The technician will use meters, schematics, and PLC experience to diagnose failures, perform wiring and repairs safely following Arc Flash standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures, and collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Requirements include 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, ability to read schematics, and a high school diploma or technical training in electrical or industrial maintenance.
