GTM Engineer - Nexthink - Remote - Global

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to design, build, and optimize automated go-to-market systems using Clay and modern GTM tools. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations, leveraging automation, data, AI to drive pipeline generation, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth. You will design and implement workflows, integrations, and data processes that enable teams to identify, engage, and convert target customers more effectively. Responsibilities include serving as Clay Platform Administrator, managing workflows, data enrichment, scoring, segmentation, prioritization, troubleshooting, and system reliability. You will also aggregate and unify data, develop prioritization models, ensure data quality, and build integrations with Salesforce. Automate processes supporting prospecting, account prioritization, territory planning, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing, and train stakeholders. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, or related field, 5+ years of experience, experience with Clay and SFDC CRM, interest in AI, software industry experience, fluent English, and strong business and system mindset.
