We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join our team. The role involves listening attentively to children and guardians, creating a warm and professional environment, and supporting children's individual needs. The work includes engaging in shared activities, learning, and exploration, with a focus on children's interests and family diversity. The community values children's well-being, professional growth, creativity, and teamwork. Located in Tikkurila, the daycare offers outdoor learning opportunities and environmental education. Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage. The position is fixed-term until 31.12.2026, with a salary of 3060-3162.74 EUR/month plus allowances for qualifications and experience. The role requires a valid criminal background check and tuberculosis examination. Two full-time positions, 38 hours 15 minutes per week, with a 2-month trial period.
