Job Description
Your placement is in Rovaniemi, but successful performance of the role requires willingness to travel and work at other Lapin koulutuskeskus REDU training locations. As a full-time hourly teacher, your task is to teach and guide content based on the fundamentals of the automotive technician qualification (including apprenticeship students). The main focus of teaching is related to auto body repair and automotive technology. Guidance in working life, collaboration with industry, and development of vocational education together with colleagues are also part of your responsibilities. We require teacher qualification according to regulation 986/1998. We also consider applicants who have completed a specialized vocational qualification in the automotive field, with at least five years of work experience supporting core tasks, and hold teacher qualification according to regulation 986/1998. Additionally, we require: - Work experience in automotive repair shop work - Knowledge of modern diagnostics and testing systems - Good cooperation, interaction, organization, and teamwork skills - Willingness to travel.
