We are looking for security guards for Kotkan Meripäivät from July 20 to July 26. We are hiring security guards for event security tasks during Kotkan Meripäivät from July 20 to July 26. The employment is on an ETK basis (called to work separately). Shifts are on average 8 hours long and mainly scheduled during the night. Compensation follows the security industry collective agreement. Your tasks: You will work as a security guard at the event area, ensuring safety and order during night shifts. Your duties include monitoring the event area, preventing disturbances, and intervening when necessary. The role emphasizes customer service skills, good teamwork, and a calm, professional approach. We expect from you: A valid security guard card and a motivated, responsible attitude. We value good communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently in various situations.
