Job Description
Lead and scale the sales engine at atNorth. Drive processes, tools, and data across the full funnel, enabling growth, efficiency, and better decisions in a fast-growing, international tech environment. The role involves defining, developing, and optimizing sales processes, system support, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include building a sales operating model, leading end-to-end sales process development, owning sales technology landscape, developing reporting structures, and collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Business Control, and Operations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field, 5+ years of experience in sales operations or similar, proven experience with sales process optimization, digital transformation, CRM systems, and reporting tools, and professional proficiency in English.
