Job Description
Greenstep is seeking an experienced senior Sales Executive to join our outbound sales team in Espoo. The role involves acquiring new clients, leveraging Greenstep's broad service portfolio including accounting, CFO services, payroll, HR, sustainability, ERP, and analytics to support client growth. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of our services, experience with Finnish companies over 20 million euros in revenue, and existing networks in the business sector. The position requires excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently. The role is based in Espoo, with a focus on face-to-face meetings and customer visits. Full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary plus annual bonus based on results.
