Design Assistant - Stora Enso Oyj - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Design Assistant at the Oulu plant to handle document management and archiving services in a factory environment. The role involves managing the document archive and archiving services for the Oulu factories, including document filing and storage in SAP, printing and distributing drawings, handling copying and scanning services, maintaining electronic drawings and documents, updating PID diagrams and 3D models, and maintaining Navisworks viewing models. The ideal candidate has fluent AutoCAD skills (essential), experience with technical documents and drawings, a careful and systematic work approach, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
