Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with a global technology client of Korn Ferry. Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation, as well as client communication. Duties include being a trusted partner to hiring managers, managing the full recruitment cycle from needs analysis to onboarding, designing and deploying effective recruitment strategies focusing on direct sourcing and diversity, utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience, building strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining KPIs, and providing market insights. The ideal candidate has confirmed experience in end-to-end recruitment, demonstrates proactivity and solutions orientation, and is fluent in French and English.
