As a maintenance dispatcher, you are the person who takes control when a problem occurs in a property; something breaks, water leaks from the wrong place, or a resident needs quick assistance. Not all situations are urgent, but there is always responsibility, which makes the work meaningful. We are recruiting directly for our client, Finnish Maintenance Dispatch, for a permanent full-time position in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Job Description As a maintenance dispatcher, you will serve property companies and their residents in the Helsinki metropolitan area in various maintenance and disturbance situations. Some issues are resolved over the phone, while others require on-site visits. The work includes, among other things: - Investigating urgent property technical disturbances - Advising and guiding residents - Collaborating with authorities when necessary - Independent situation assessment and decision-making The role is suitable for a reliable person who can work calmly in unexpected situations and take responsibility independently. Working Hours - On-call hours on weekdays from 15:00 to 08:00 and 24 hours on weekends and public holidays - On-call shifts are rotated: one week of on-call duty followed by a week off - Additionally, one on-call shift lasting from Thursday to Monday during the 8-week cycle during the rest period - On-call work can be performed from home The selected person will enter into an employment contract directly with Finnish Maintenance Dispatch.
