Job Description
Kraton is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Representative at our Almere location. The role involves acting as the primary contact for sales orders, monitoring shipments, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CRM, and experience in a B2B environment. Fluency in English and one additional language is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required, with export operations training preferred.
