Job Description
We are seeking a CONSTRUCTION SITE ENGINEER to work on a project for our client in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The position starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found and is expected to last until the end of 2026. Your responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining site documentation, Coordinating site activities and daily communication with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders, Monitoring progress, schedules, and site conditions, Preparing and updating schedules, Tracking costs and actuals, Participating in meetings, inspections, and reporting procedures, Clarifying technical and practical issues on-site in collaboration with the project organization, Supporting project management in daily site tasks. We expect: Previous experience in construction site engineering or similar roles; experience in electrical construction or industrial projects is considered an advantage, Relevant technical education, such as an engineering degree; education in electrical engineering is considered an advantage, Good organizational, collaboration, and communication skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a project team, Good IT skills, Proficiency in Finnish and English. If necessary, we arrange accommodation near the work site. You can work directly for CMS or as a subcontractor through your own company.
