Shift Manager - Hesburger - Kirkkonummi, Finland

WE ARE SEEKING A SHIFT MANAGER FOR HESBURGER PRISMA IN KIRKKONUMMI FOR A FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR, (20-30 H /WEEK) We are looking for a shift manager for a fixed-term employment until the end of the year for our renewing Hesburger restaurant in Kirkkonummi Prisma. Our restaurant operates as part of the new Prisma Kirkkonummi restaurant world. As a shift manager, you will be responsible together with the management team for the restaurant's operations, such as customer service, orders, product quality and sales targets. In addition, you guide and organize your own responsible shift. Welcome to ordinary jobs - to exceptionally tasty tasks. We especially value in the applicant: - A coaching approach as well as good teamwork skills and a positive attitude even in the middle of a rush - Ability to lead the team by your own example and with a good feeling - Proactive and customer-oriented way of working to develop operations - Previous experience in the restaurant industry and a hygiene passport - Readiness to work in varying shifts during all the restaurant's opening hours Mastery of both national languages is considered an advantage.
