We are looking for a job scheduler for a temporary position. In job scheduling, we enable quality care by planning daily work routes for home care assistants. We work closely with regional teams to ensure clients receive the planned care. The planning of daily routes is based on clients' care and service plans. Qualifications: Suitable social and health care vocational qualification (practical nurse) or other secondary education. The role requires vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act §48 and tuberculosis screening according to §55. Starting from January 1, 2024, the selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as per law 741/2023, section 28, regarding working with elderly persons. The role requires clear communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations constructively. Changes in home care can be rapid. The work demands systematization, prioritization skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. We value familiarity with home care and system skills (Hilkka, Microsoft Office, Lifecare).
