Job Description

Overview of the Role: As a Public Sector Account Executive at Salesforce in Sweden, you will own a defined set of public sector accounts — acting as a trusted digital advisor and the central point of coordination across the full Salesforce AI CRM and Agentforce platform. You will combine an entrepreneurial mindset with deep public sector knowledge to drive new business, build lasting customer relationships, and help Danish public sector organisations deliver better outcomes for citizens. This role also carries a team leadership dimension, supporting the RVP for Sweden and Denmark through forecasting, coaching, and leading the Danish team on the ground. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and developing new and existing public sector opportunities in Denmark, acting as the primary client lead across the Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce platform, coordinating with product specialists, solution architects, and sales engineers, leading commercial negotiations, and developing close plans. Required qualifications include 5–10 years of quota-carrying, technology solution sales experience, preferably within the public sector in Denmark, with proven ability to lead complex, full-cycle sales processes, supporting or contributing to sales leadership activities, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of quota-carrying, technology solution sales experience, with a focus on new business development — preferably within the public sector in Denmark
  • Proven ability to lead complex, full-cycle sales processes including account planning, discovery, solutioning, and commercial negotiation in a team-selling environment
  • Experience supporting or contributing to sales leadership activities such as forecasting, coaching, or team coordination, with an entrepreneurial and market-maker mindset
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with the right to work in Sweden
