Data Center Worker - Staffpoint Holding Oy - Hamina, Finland

We are looking for workers for our client's construction site at a data center in Hamina. You will work on various installation tasks at the data center. Work tasks will consider previous experience and education. We are seeking personnel for both more demanding electrical installations and less experienced cable installation or similar tasks. The work for selected candidates will begin during the summer of 2026 and initially last approximately two months. Possibility for ongoing employment afterwards will be considered separately. Requirements for applicants: Suitable technical or related experience and previous relevant work experience Fluent English language skills for work communication Motivated work attitude and flexibility regarding working hours, as well as willingness to learn new tasks Good physical condition for sometimes busy and fast-paced work environment Knowledge and understanding of occupational safety and work instructions Ability to work with a forklift Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently and proactively Preferred qualifications: Electrical skills (electrician) or experience in data installation Previous experience working at a data center construction site Before starting work, the employee must have a valid official photo ID and a valid occupational safety card (approved by TTK). Work is mainly during weekdays as day shifts, but we hope the candidate can also work evening shifts and weekends. Salary is based on the Energy, ICT, and Network sector collective agreements.
