At Salpaus, this means guiding students both on campus and online, as well as working closely with industry. You will work as an electrical and automation teacher in a multidisciplinary team, guiding and developing students into field professionals. You will liaise with local companies and stakeholders. You will visit workplaces to monitor students' work-based learning and help students step by step towards employment in the field. Additionally, you will plan students' personal study paths and support their professional careers.
