Service Supervisor for Cleaning and Food Services in Jyväskylä - SOL Palvelut Oy - Jyväskylä, Finland

We are seeking a skilled and cheerful team member for the position of Service Supervisor for cleaning and food services in Jyväskylä. The work can start as soon as possible or according to agreement. As a service supervisor, your duties include maintaining school cleaning and food services on weekdays. You will be responsible for daily cleaning and tidiness of hallways, classrooms, and restrooms. Additionally, your tasks include placing food orders, setting up the serving line, and kitchen cleanup tasks such as dishwashing and cleaning the serving line. We expect from you: - Being of legal age - Previous experience in kitchen-related tasks - Relevant education or qualification in the field - Hygiene passport - Basic IT skills - Good Finnish language skills for customer service Additionally, we hope you possess: - Customer service and interpersonal skills - Punctuality and responsibility - Initiative and a proactive attitude We offer you: - Comprehensive orientation to the site and tasks - Good and professional work tools - Unwavering support from supervisor and team The salary (12.26–12.88 €/h) is determined according to the Property Services sector collective agreement, based on the complexity of the tasks (a new pay scale of 12.59–13.22 €/h will be implemented from 1.8.2026). Working hours are weekdays from Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The employment is full-time and fixed-term until January 31, 2027. Interested? Great!
