We are seeking a startup-enthusiastic eAccountant to join our EMU team! Our eAccountants handle our clients' financial management to allow them to focus on their core business. In addition to routine external accounting, a key part of the role involves developing the financial processes of growth-oriented clients in close collaboration with them. Flexibility is required when working with startup and growth companies, but support is always available for customer guidance, process management, and development. In the role of eAccountant, we value customer service orientation, genuine enthusiasm, adaptability, and an autonomous approach to work. What do we expect from applicants? - Solid, empathetic, and human-centered service skills. - At least five years of experience in accounting, including diverse experience in an accounting firm. - Interest in accounting for startup companies. - Good communication skills. - Proactive and customer-oriented working style. - Understanding of SME sector taxation and financial statement skills. - Experience with electronic financial management processes and software skills in Netvisor. Knowledge of Fennoa and Procountor is considered an advantage. - Proficiency in Finnish and English. - Genuine enthusiasm and an autonomous work approach, with the ability to share customer work collaboratively and supportively among colleagues.
