GIG WORKER FOR THE RETAIL SECTOR, Kittilä / Sirkka We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive sales assistant for the retail sector at Eezy Kauppa. Your duties will include customer service, cashier work, shelving, and cleaning. Your place of work may be various S-group and K-group locations. Working hours are mainly between 6:00 and 22:00 on weekdays and weekends, allowing you to work versatilely at different times. Your rental employment relationship with us begins with an orientation. Therefore, we do not require previous work experience in the field. The most important thing is the attitude of a very good cashier! To help with your orientation, you will receive an online training platform where you can complete retail-related courses (data protection and information security passes, Veikkaus, Matkahuolto, and Posti customer service qualifications) as well as an age limit pass. When working through us, you earn a salary according to the retail sector's collective agreement (TES) as well as good evening and weekend bonuses. We expect you to be 18 years of age, have Finnish language skills, good interaction skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team. Previous experience in the retail sector is considered an advantage.
