The role involves building and optimizing RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and document-processing workflows. Designing agentic AI systems including tool calling, orchestration, reasoning loops, and workflow automation. Developing applied AI solutions that integrate with customer backend systems, APIs, and data sources. Implementing AI services on Kubernetes, cloud environments, or customer-controlled infrastructure. Working directly with customers to deliver high-quality technical implementations, demos, and documentation. Installing, maintaining, or using software testing programs, developing test procedures, identifying and analyzing problems, designing test plans, and creating or maintaining databases of known defects.
