Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for a Senior Recruiter to join our team! This is a contract role based in Texas with potential for hybrid work. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a strong potential candidate pipeline strategy for all Korn Ferry RPO/Project clients through indirect and direct candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization, and proactive development of talent pools. Key responsibilities include working closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities, identifying sourcing channels, defining and implementing sourcing strategies, developing and optimizing sourcing channels, measuring effectiveness, and managing candidate relationships. The role requires 5+ years of full cycle recruitment, sourcing methodology experience, ATS experience, client interaction, and behavioral interview skills.
