Job Description
We have hired over 1000 young people for summer jobs during our nearly 20-year history. We are now looking again for energetic and motivated sales negotiators for summer work as part of our growing and successful team at PROMIQ. The job offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales and interaction skills and gain valuable work experience in customer contact. The work is suitable for those starting their careers as well as those with previous experience. Work is conducted via phone in diverse and varied sales and booking projects. Each workday is different, and you will work in a goal-oriented, customer-oriented environment. You can choose the most suitable working method for you. The work can be done flexibly remotely or from PROMIQ's Helsinki office. All selected persons will receive comprehensive training before starting work. We also offer continuous support throughout the employment. We strongly believe that the best results are achieved through teamwork, support, and an open atmosphere. The responsibilities of a sales negotiator include: Customer and sales work via phone, Implementation of various sales and booking projects, Identifying customer needs and presenting solutions, Active, goal-oriented work as part of a team, Developing own sales work and increasing results. Success in the job requires an active approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to work towards goals. We are looking for individuals who have: A results-oriented and motivated work attitude, A desire to develop in sales and customer work, Good communication skills and courage to make calls, A positive and energetic attitude towards work, Initiative and ability to work in a team, Flexibility and commitment to goal-oriented work. Previous sales experience is not necessary, as we will train all selected persons thoroughly.
