Human Factors Consultant - Gold Group - Remote - Global

The role involves providing leadership in engineering and technical activities related to human factors, supporting safety case delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The candidate will produce requirements, strategies, and delivery plans for nuclear facility capabilities, lead human factors assessments, and prepare or check HF integration plans and deliverables. Technical skills required include hierarchical task analysis, human error prediction, fault tree modeling, and knowledge of engineering principles and standards. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in safety assessments, and adherence to ALARP and risk reduction principles. The position is hybrid with occasional client site visits, based in Bristol, UK, with a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per year plus benefits. UK citizenship is required for security clearance.
