The Industry Solutions Consultant (ISC) role works closely with customers to understand their unique business needs and implement M-Files solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires deep industry expertise and a consultative approach to help organizations within tax, accounting, audit, insurance brokerage, wealth management, manufacturing, and management consulting achieve their strategic goals. Actual internal position title is Systems Specialist. The role involves consulting, solution implementation, industry guidance, training, collaboration with sales, project leadership, and advising on process automation and compliance. The candidate should have experience in relevant industries, project management, enterprise software, and technical knowledge of Windows environments, databases, and programming languages. The recruitment process includes multiple interviews and assessments, with a total time investment of approximately 4 hours.
