We are looking for a part-time Home Care Assistant for our client company for the summer as a temporary replacement during holidays. The work mainly involves cleaning at clients' homes, washing windows, and assisting with daily chores. The work primarily involves elderly clients, so a warm and customer-oriented approach is important. The position is suitable for example for a student in the care sector, someone seeking additional hours, or a person with previous experience in cleaning or assistance work. What do we expect from you? Good Finnish language skills, energetic and proactive attitude, reliability and customer service orientation, previous experience working with elderly clients is considered an advantage, a healthcare background is a plus, a driving license and a personal car are essential for the job. Work relationship begins as a summer temporary position, but the work may continue longer if a suitable candidate is found. Working hours 0–90 hours / 3 weeks. The work is on-call as needed.
