We are looking for a production worker for our client company, Plate Power Oy, in Lapua, for a permanent and full-time position. The recruitment is carried out in cooperation with Wulff Works, and applications and inquiries are handled by Wulff Works. Work begins immediately after a suitable candidate is found, and there are long-term employment opportunities. The tasks involve metal sheet production in the metal industry and include: handling metal sheets, detaching, grinding, drilling, finishing work, other production support tasks. The scope of work may expand as skills develop, with opportunities for increased responsibility. The work is performed in 2-shift rotation. Evening shifts occur approximately 1–2 times per month. We hope applicants have: an excellent attitude towards work, at least 18 years of age, readiness to commit to long-term employment, ability to start work quickly. Previous experience in the metal industry or relevant training is considered an advantage but is not essential. The most important qualities are motivation and willingness to learn.
