Higher Education Intern, Recognition of Degrees and Language Skills Unit - Opetushallitus - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for two higher education interns for the Recognition of Degrees and Language Skills Unit. The interns' tasks will focus on planning communication related to degree recognition and language tests, as well as content creation and updates for websites. Additional tasks include customer service, data collection and analysis, and supporting system development. The Recognition of Degrees and Language Skills Unit is responsible for recognizing foreign degrees and professional qualifications in Finland, as well as tasks related to general language tests, government language tests, integration language proficiency assessments, the authorized translator examination system, and the court interpreter register. The unit is part of the Customer Relations and Information Department, which provides national services for skills development and verification, promotes the use of information, and is a strategic partner in agency management and service development.
