Job Description
BASF Coatings GmbH offers a three-year apprenticeship starting on September 1, 2026, in Würzburg, Germany. The role involves developing and testing new paint recipes and coating processes, overseeing application from delivery to approval, and optimizing coating procedures. Trainees will learn surface preparation, coating techniques, operation and maintenance of coating equipment, quality control, and repair of coating errors. Requirements include a good secondary school diploma or equivalent, manual dexterity, enthusiasm for technology, willingness to work in shifts, and teamwork skills.
