Social Worker, Child Protection Outpatient, Myyrmäki Office - Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue - Remote - Global

We are seeking a child protection outpatient social worker to join our team at Myyrmäki office starting from July 1, 2026, or as agreed. The office is located near the train station with good transport links and some free parking nearby. The role involves planned, relationship-based, and systemic work for the child's best interests, collaborating with children, families, and networks. You will be responsible for children in your case load. The work is diverse, challenging, and rewarding. We maintain a client ratio, and new employees start with fewer cases. We offer thorough onboarding. We value customer-oriented and development-minded approaches, good communication skills, and readiness for teamwork. Finnish language skills are essential. Experience with child protection social work and the Apotti system is a plus. We provide a trusting work environment with group supervision, weekly team meetings, and support from experienced colleagues. Our office has three teams with social workers, a specialist social worker, a team leader, a family therapist, and a secretary. We work in 1-2 person offices. The employment is permanent, starting July 1, 2026, or as agreed, full-time, with a salary of 4612.50 euros/month plus experience-based supplement.
