Job Description

Greenstep is expanding and looking for new members for the Customer Engagement team to manage customer relationships. The role involves strategic development of customer accounts, proactive needs identification, and long-term growth planning. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for clients, understand their business, and work closely with the internal team to develop services and solutions. The role requires experience in customer relationship management, preferably in finance, HR, or responsibility areas, and strong communication skills in Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are an advantage. The position is based in Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku, or Oulu, with a hybrid work model. The application deadline is June 15, 2026.
