Maintenance Technician (HVAC) - Eilakaisla Oy - Tampere, Finland

Eilakaisla is seeking a maintenance technician for ARE Oy for a permanent employment relationship in Tampere. We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional for versatile maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. In this position, you will work in varying sites and solve practical problems where technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to think outside traditional solution models are key. Initially, a full-time employment relationship of about six months is offered, after which a skilled and motivated person has the opportunity to continue in the service of ARE in a permanent employment relationship. Job Description: In the role of maintenance technician, you are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of ventilation systems in various property and building technology sites in Tampere and the surrounding areas. In your work, you investigate technical disturbances, identify the root causes of problems, and implement corrective measures taking the customer's needs into account. Your days are varied, and you will encounter situations where ready-made answers are not always found directly in the manual. Therefore, we especially value a proactive approach, technical problem-solving ability, and the ability to view things as broader wholes. The work is independent in nature, but you will work in close cooperation with customers and other experts at ARE.
