We support the functional capacity of clients living at home and enable independent living according to individual needs. Supported housing in mental health and substance abuse work includes, among other things, guidance on support matters (Kela, etc.), cooking skills, home management guidance such as cleaning, laundry, etc. Doing things together. Knowledge of the neurodiversity spectrum and experience working with differences is desired. Self-direction and independent functioning are essential for success in this role. We expect candidates to have experience in mental health and substance abuse work, an open-minded attitude, good communication skills, solution-oriented approach, understanding of substance dependency, and various mental health issues.
